I know it makes me a brainlet, but I'd honestly prefer the trainwreck ending where Dany turns evil and everything becomes a free-for-all. This show has been shit since 2016 at the absolute latest, they might as well go out with a bang and just make it as over the top as possible.
I think we can say with near certainty that the Missandei/Unsullied rampage part is true, given that virtually every source mentions it.

Tyrion is the most popular character by far and the one who is for sure dead. Dany is probably dead too of course. But Tyrion betraying, the Starks executing him, will be taken much worse than Dany being the main villain of the franchise (which is also pretty much confirmed).
