Marvel's top tier characters are Spider-Man, Captain America, Wolverine, Iron Man, Thor, and Hulk. These guys have always had their own titles and spinoff characters. You could literally make individual universes around these characters.

Now of those characters, Spider-Man and Captain American are tied as the most iconic Marvel superheroes.

Take note that this is in reference to individual heroes. Team books are are whole other thing.

Mjolnir overall because it was a genuine religious symbol hundreds and hundreds of years ago and still worn by edgelords today.
