I didn't it was scary. It's pretty predictable for a horror film that I think it's schlocky.
Horror is the worst genre by far, behind romcoms and popcorn flicks. Imagine actually being "scared" by moving images on a screen. Comedy, drama, thrillers all make sense and can be translated to film but being "horrified" is for the birds.
Or it's secretly the best genre and takes actual skill
