A single dragon could destroy it easily. Ships are made of wood and are powered by sails, dragons throw fire from the sky.
It shouldn't even exist as the Iron Island are barren and small and therefore there should be no wood for ships and only a small amount of sailors to man them anyway, and Iron Islanders are raiders and not an actual force.
Thirdly a fleet is useless for continental warfare, a bunch of sailors aren't gonna get off their ships and start fighting a real ground army effectively, that misses the entire point of a fleet, all they could do is a small amount of attrition by blockading the sea and that's it.
