Lifts capeshit from the intellectual and emotional gutter it’s created
moon unit is pretty based in ultimate alliance
His story has the trappings to actually make a decent film for once.
He Literally has multiple personality disorder. Furthermore, there’s a nagging question as to whether his MPD is a result of PTSD after the atrocities he committed in war as a mercenary or because he actually really is the avatar of a vengeful ancient Egyptian god.
He’s also viciously violent. He routinely kills people and carves off faces.
In the right hands, he has great potential
they'll never do it, to close to batman desu
Too*, fuck. Pls no brainlet comments senpai :(
They'll make him black, say he's from egypt, and ditch the mental illness
Then they'll shove that in a bad knockoff of a Batman movie
Still want it?
His original design is very batman-Esque. But the hunt/finch reboot in the early 2000’s took him in a different direction. He’s a cross between the punisher, Hannibal lector, and that dude from split
>Jew
yeah, unfortunately those are three reasons why disney will not ever adapt this character in an interesting way. Don't get me wrong, i'd love a Moon Knight show but I don't see it happening.
they will never do it for other reasons
>white (albeit jewish) boy gaining powers from an egyptian KANG
>entire shtick of moon knight has already been covered by legion tv show
>main antagonist is black guy
>literally has zero super powers
>Marvel has a track record of not fucking with the skin colours of their flagship characters
>Yea Forums autists continue to bitch they'll start race changing the main characters any minute now
I hate this place sometimes. Also, the character is Jewish. Not a partially Jewish actor like RDJ playing a rich WASP but a guy so Jewish his dad's a rabbi. That already fulfills a diversity quota.
Seems like it checks off all the boxes to push the poor oppressed Jew angle. You know Jews would love to have a super hero to themselves.
there is a chapter when young moon knight finds some rabbi torturing an old nazi
>Moonknight
>flagship
His Robin is a French pilot but French people hate jews.
Point is, he's not somebody secondary character like Valkyrie to Thor's stuff, and Marvel WOULD get shit for changing any of the characters that are overly Jewish like MK, Ben Grimm, Magneto, etc. Especially now that Black Panther was a massive hit and they have a lot of black heroes, no one can muster up 'i-it's giving blacks representation!' shit.
TL;DR: You sound like a /pol/autist overreacting and panicking like a bitch.
It'll be too kino for them to attempt.
Why is MK kino? I know about the multiple personalities thing but does he have any really good stories that you can point me to?
Endgame writers want to do a Moon Knight film. Will it suck?
This.
It was the first time I ever saw Moon Knight. His nunchuck move was very OP.
>tfw Noah Hawley Moonknight movie.
Nope. It's impossible. The villain is a black dude. A SCARY BLACK DUDE. That goes against Marvel's narrative.
>Semite gains Semite powers from Semite gods
What's the problem with this
He had a reboot a few years ago and just had very slick paneling. He's also interesting as you don't really know what he's about.
Let's come up with a better villain then. I'm looking at his villains right now.
>Misfit
>Powers:Enhanced Strength
>The Misfit was once a would-be film star who went to the Power Broker to receive a superhuman build to help him in pictures, but the process was botched up, and he was left horribly mutated by the process.
Yay or nay?
>Power Broker
2nd time I heard that name this week. He also gave US Agent his powers, right? If so, I think were on to something!
>Tatterdemalion
>Powers:
>Gloves: Chemicals soaked in gloves gives him the ability to rot paper and cloth.
>Knockout Cloak: Chloroform capsules in Tatterdemalion’s cloak allow him to knock opponents unconscious.
>Scarf: Is weighted and can be thrown as a bolo.
>Origin
Arnold Paffenroth was the only son of a husband-wife vaudeville tap-dancing act, who began dancing at the age of eight. At eighteen, he met a dancer named Julia Walker and, adopting the stage name Michael Wyatt, formed a dance team with her that became popular enough to star in a number of motion pictures made in the late 1940s and early 1950s.
Paffenroth, knowing such success couldn't last, carefully invested his earnings in a Las Vegas casino. When indeed he could no longer get work in Hollywood, he split up with Julia Walker to attend to his casino business. In the early 1970s, while trying to acquire other real estate, Paffenroth ran afoul of Las Vegas mobsters, who swindled him out of everything he owned. Mentally deranged by the experience, he fled to Los Angeles where he soon became a drunken derelict. For several years he eked out a bare existence on the outskirts of society.
Finally, he was recruited into an army of derelicts by Sidney Sarnak, a former sound engineer turned criminal. Sarnak had been hired and outfitted by the Committee; a secret cabal of Los Angeles businessmen attempting to foster a climate of fear, which they believed, would stimulate the economy. To this end, Samak organized a small army of derelicts, which he controlled by means of a specially designed ultrasonic whistle capable of stimulating the emotional centres of the brain. Paffenroth was one of Sarnak's chief operatives until Sarnak went mad after an encounter with the Werewolf, Jack Russell. The Committee gave Paffenroth his own campaign of terror. Calling himself the Tatterdemalion, Paffenroth struck out randomly at the wealthy, whose ranks had once claimed him as a member.
Yay or nay?
Def NAY.
I think were in the zone where no one is getting a solo flick anymore. If we see Moon Knight, he'll be introduced in the Shang Chi film about a martial arts tournament.
>Dansen Macabre
>Powers:
>Dance of Hypnosis: Dansen Macabre has the ability to hypnotize those who watch her dance.
>Dance of Death: By unknown means, Dansen Macabre can kill a victim who watches her dance.
>Veil: Dansen Macabre can also make herself undetectable by another person's senses, even Spider-Man's "spider sense", when she dances.
>Origin
Dansen Macabre is a member of the cult of Kali, a Nepalese cult that studied martial arts and mystical disciplines.
Yay or nay?
Doesnt matter who would do it, it would suck

>Morpheus
>Powers:
>Dark Force Manipulation: Morpheus can discharge his 'Ebon Energy', allowing him to telekinetically manipulate objects, produce concussive blasts, generate a force field and, control minds and induce nightmares in a given target.
>Origin:
Robert Markham was born in New York City. He had an unprecedented viral infection that caused competitive inhibition of certain segments in his DNA in the process of replication. He consulted Dr. Peter Alraune, who prescribed an experimental, untested drug. The drug reacted with Markham's DNA, causing a freakish appearance and the inability to sleep. Markham discovered that he no longer needed sleep, and that he had developed a highly destructive psionic ability. He named himself Morpheus, after the god of dreams. Crazed, Morpheus sought to punish Dr. Alraune, which brought him to the attention of Moon Knight.
Yay or nay?
Whose gonna play him? I gotta go with the Goose.
