George accidentally kills his fiance because he was too cheap to buy better letters. When he finds out she's dead and it's more or less his fault he doesn't respond emotionally, he doesn't even seem to care at all, he just turns to his friends and says "Want to get coffee?" This is the single worst thing anyone does in the show.
This was actually the first thing I thought of after reading the OP. It's still not as bad as killing your fiance and then shrugging it off, but Jerry literally mugged an old woman. That's still up there as one of the worst things anyone does in the show.
