Apparently soiboys are going out in droves to repeat viewings to push Endgame to number 1 worldwide. It's most likely Avatar's reign is over. However Avatar 2 comes out next year and that will BTFO Endgame at the box office because Avatar didn't have nowhere near as large market in China, and won over the European market as well, while Endgame is performing relatively poorly in Europe.

I went on Saturday and had to go to the second closest cinema to me because all 12 showings at the closest cinema were sold out. Even then it had to be at 10:20pm and I couldn't sit next to the people I was going with because there weren't 3 seats next to each other left. I'd be shocked if it doesn't hit $3b.
