He was jelly of him
alright i'll give you that, nigga on the right is grey af
>why did two jews hate each other
Tolkien and Disney were like the least Jewish/ most Anglo people to ever live.
Anglos are the jews of white people. I can detect the piercing gaze of your Anglo eyes from here.
You got a source or you just shitposting?
Sneed
it's not really a secret
BLIMEY, 'E'S GOOD!
disney could tell an interesting story
source then
who are both of these Hitler motherfuckers
shut the fuck up boomer
xxxtentacion was better than both of these guys and so is fortnite
Because Disney got paid huge money to pander to children. Creating an atmosphere of fantasy & fairytales to be ultra cute & safe.
unironically based
based
Correct and accurate.
Hate being a bit too harsh. D
It's ironic because Tolkien's stories are also pretty safe and largely for children too. The Hobbit is literally a children's book. LOTR could be too. Only stuff like the Silmarillion that's too dense with autism couldn't be digested by a 8+ year old kid.
It's all just so well-crafted and timeless though. He spent years of his life creating the world and the story down to making his own languages. Disney's stuff was well-crafted too (at least in the early days) but even then a keen mind could detect all the lazy soulless cashgrabbing that would happen (and was already starting). The state of modern Disney would certainly stun Walt, but Tokien was already disgusted by this man building an empire off the backs of others and cheapening an entire industry.

Tolkien loved actual fairy tales that were god tier myths passed down through human civilization for untold generations.
Disney completely ruined them.
Fairy tales are true. There is truth in them. Far more than you'll ever find in a Disney movie. The lessons are deep and meaningful and useful. And Disney gave us the boomer moms who are all about bullshit princess stories and idiotic happy adventures.
People die in these stories. People meet terrible ends, and all for a reason. There's wisdom in these stories. But you'd never know it thanks to Disney.
The same reason why the rest of the world hate americans, they are defiling the people's cultures
>stories have to be 2edgy4me to be good
The stories should carry a lesson and the point to be good.
The things what Disney cartoons are lacking. After all Walt's greed turned his company into a nest of jews, poetic considering his anti-semetism
>poetic considering his anti-semetism
yeah, that's why he hired two jews to write the
songs for many of his films
He also hated 2 jews
>Tolkien loved actual fairy tales that were god tier myths passed down through human civilization
Tolkien wrote entertainment and not art. If anything ,Disney did a better job because his entertainment is more direct and visceral.
Stop turning your brain off.
what ?
He forsaw the MCU and the death of western civilisation
>I recognize his talent, but it has always seemed to me hopelessly corrupted. Though in most of the ‘pictures’ proceeding from his studios there are admirable or charming passages, the effect of all of them is to me disgusting. Some have given me nausea
Because Disney vulgarized dwarfs. Both him and C.S. Lewis disdained Disney as talended, but ultimately a pleb.
>What might not have come of it if this man had been educated–or even brought up in a decent society?

Honestly, this. Tolkien writing is like something technically built very well, but of no artistic value. He knew languages and how to write, but as long as message and effectiveness he's a midget compared to real writers/artists. Don't get me wrong he was skilled, but he was not an artist.
Yeah artist is someone who on canvas or turning books into politic manifesto

What makes a work artistic exactly?
