FROM THE DUSTY MAY SUN
>night king showing any kind of emotion
cringe as fuck
NK smiling and Lyanna killing a giant were honestly the main things that pissed me off about the episode. Pure fan service.
He smiled at Hardhome too
This. Dude is an otherworldly representation of the forces of darkness and death. There should be no mirth or humor to him at all
>blatantly rips off Dragon Ball's still standing trope
cringe
man this guy looks like shit compared to the hardhome NK
>throws spear
>misses
>smiles anyways
>not how only 2 side characters and a couple of literal whos died during an event that was built up since the first fucking episode
>not how the final boss of the show gets 'nothing personnel kid'd' in the most anticlimactic way possible
>not how you couldn't see shit during the biggest battle of the fucking show
THE LOU MING SHADOW GLOWS
Dude, you're watching Reddit on TV, it must be cool and rad.
>not how only 2 side characters and a couple of literal whos died during an event that was built up since the first fucking episode
Theon and Jorah were pretty big characters, along with the entire fucking dothraki army and all the white walkers. I was expecting more people to die, but it's only half way through the season.
>not how the final boss of the show gets 'nothing personnel kid'd' in the most anticlimactic way possible
It was an anticlimactic ending overall for the NK to just die without us learning anything more about what they even wanted, but you're crazy if you thought that was "anticlimactic".
>not how you couldn't see shit during the biggest battle of the fucking show
Get a better TV. It wasn't like they were hiding shitty CGI behind darkness and rain like Pacific Rim.
man if I knew how disappointing the ending was gonna be I would have stopped watching right here
Did he?
What a smug cunt
>This made me wet af
>a man
>Theon and Jorah were pretty big characters
They were big side characters, that's it.
> but you're crazy if you thought that was "anticlimactic".
Guess I'm crazy then.
>Get a better TV.
Thousands of people made the same complaints though.
>It wasn't like they were hiding shitty CGI behind darkness and rain like Pacific Rim.
Sure felt like it
>learning anything more about what they even wanted
To kill all the humans for the Children of the Forest (s06e05)
goofy lookin trash
So should have died? The only main characters in the episode were Jon, Dany, Bran, Sansa, Arya, and Tyrion. The only one I could see them killing off this early in the season would be Sansa.
>NK gets stabbed by Arya's little dagger
>Looks down then looks back at her
>Smug smile
>Snaps her neck and kills her
>He telepatically speaks to Bran
>"I will kill all of them unless you kill me"
>Turns out the NK is actually invulnerable to everything and the only way he can die is when the last memory of him is erased
>This means Bran has to die in order for the NK to die
>Turns out the NK isn't that bad all he ever wanted was to find a way to die and slip into his "long night"
>End of the episode
>Crowd goes crazy speculating on what will happen next week and WTF is going on
Bran should've died or at least should've become a tree or something. Sam, Brienne, Tormund and Grey Worm also should have died, and maybe Sansa as well like you said. The rest can't die yet because Jon is supposed to kill Dany and Jaime or Tyrion is supposed to kill Cersei. Also the Hound is supposed to kill The Mountain.
If Arya kills them instead the show will be the flop of the century.
Good, but
>Snaps her neck and kills her
>kills Bran
>Sansa and co manages to kill the wights in the tomb
>Jon and Dany flee south on Drogon
>all the rest assumed dead
>next episode in King's Landing trying to convince Cersei to fight
>next episode scheming and plotting
>final episode winter comes to King's Landing
Sam can't die. That would be like Arya dying before this past episode; there was too much training and buildup for it not to go anywhere. Sam is pretty much the only person guaranteed to live at this point. Brienne and Tormund Still have to hook up. Grey Worm has to lead the Unsullied against the Lannisters (wish is lady friend died though; fuck her and that whole "plot" line). Everything else you said is correct, though. Bran and Sansa are still the only non-side characters you said should die, and I only didn't include Bran because once upon a time he was the most interesting character and I'd be pissed if he died being nothing more than a narrative device to show flashbacks in a show/book that intentionally doesn't have flashback scenes.
