Season 5 is when she's at peak Slayer since she uptakes the full load of formal training and she does some properly superhuman stuff when directed.

And agreed about Season 5. And even then, Glory wooped her good. And they had a whole episode about Spike telling her about the other Slayers he beat, after a normal vampire nearly kills her. She gets depowered in (season 2, I think) is very aware that she doesn't even have the strength to take on a normal dude despite her training.
If the re-did the show today, though, it would be a complete shitshow. They'd be terrified of making her looking weak, so she'd never lose or show even the slightest vulnerability.

Why would Buffy trigger an incel? she's one of the few examples of a female lead done right. She isn't even the most powerful character in her circle of friends, let alone in the entire show. She's rarely happy, is constantly burdened by forces beyond her control, and in most of the seasons is a straight up depressive fatalist.

The only time i was legitimately triggered was during the shit with Riley where she basically became a normie, and maybe at some points in season 7, but those were a small portion of the show overall. If you're somehow bothered by Buffy you're probably not understanding the show at all.
