wouldnt you literally only need superman to stop thanos

Flash takes his gauntlet before he can snap lol

You’d literally need only superman to stop the entirety of the MCU

>dead
>getting a new Spiderman this summer
>still have phase 5 and 6

Spiderman is too queer for children to be interested about.

all of the kids in the theater at endgame shot up in excitement over spiderman coming back fucking everybody loves spiderman dude

Well yeah. Without that glove involved captain Marvel could have defeated Thanos and his entire army without a scratch. There was zero tension in that final battle

>MY SUPA HEROS ARE STRONGER THAN YOUR SUPA HEROS

50% of everyone is gay and wanna dress up like that homo

ok

ye

Yes. He could have (and would have) stopped the invasion in Aquaman too but we do not speak of it.

The Aquaman event was a politic thing, unless you want Superman to genocide them you need another Atlantian to deal with it

>Superman dives in
>effortlessly breaks all their shit
>all while ignoring the fish people going pew pew at him
>he fucks off, leaves Atlantis with their war machine in ruins, will need a few years to recover
>no casualties and the surface world is saved

Does anyone have the Endgame checklist with all the box office tiers?

>he wants Superman to intervene in what is a political nightmare when there is an actual precedent of how soured Superman is from political bullshit.
>implying he won't intervene when the invasion does actually happen right at the feet of the swarming Atlantean soldiers telling them to go back.

How is there any tension in the dceu when Superman is able to BTFO just about anything else in the setting? JUSTice league showed how useless the rest of them are. All of them together couldn’t scratch Superman, and they did pretty shitty against steppenwulf. Yet as soon as Superman shows up, he hilariously outclasses Step so bad that he’s bullying him in the fight.

That is one of the dumbest things Superman can do in that situation.
You've practically made him a government-issued weapon.

Because tension does not only come from if you can physically beat your opponents.

>"Oh man, that tsunami is going to kill millions of people... meh, I shouldn't intervene, is a political thing"
>Flies away
>"Oh man, that black man is being attacked by the police...but I shouldn't intervene, is a political thing"

Yes, and I am glad I am not alone

>a government-issued weapon.

What government is this? The atlanteans were an imminent threat to all countries alike, Superman would be operating on behalf of everybody.

>Superman responds to building fires, normal human terrorists, floods and other mundane shit all the time
>Superman wouldn’t immediately notice and respond to a massive invasion of atlanteans

>SJW, feminist groups and BLM "EVERYTHING is political, EVERYTHING is sexist, EVEYTHING IS RACIST!"
>Supes "My life just become a little bit more easier, nice"

That's because Atlanteans weren't invading yet, but sent a warning in flowing back the trash worldwide as a diversion to their attempt at trying to kill Aquaman with a capsized ship.
You're asking Superman to pre-emptively strike at something he doesn't have any knowledge of how it operates.

The difference here is the "is going" and "is being"

The Tsunami DID kill thousands of people if not millions, the tsunami DID hit coastal cities, the fuck are you talking about?

No mcu has squirrel girl

They can't. DCU fighting requires them to destroy the surrounding structures first.

How do you know Superman didn't text Aquaman and trust the job to him off screen?

I thought the coastal cities were just flooded with trash, not hit by tsunamis?
IIRC there was only one tsunami scene.

How come he didn’t show up to fuck up Dr.Sivanna. He waited for Chadzam to handle him. Might be the magic idk

ok

It's left open-ended but I don't it's all that jarring for this Supes to get some downtime and catch up with Lois after dying.

they need competent film makers to do it
DC has way better source material to adapt from. DC comics >>>>>>> marvel comics easily. but they just can't make good movies for some reason.

Why are DC fags so proud of their heroes being "stronger"? Like, you retards realize their powers just come from someone saying "they are X strong", right? Do you think the Suggsverse is the pinnacle of fiction you mongoloid?

I like their films though.
And most of the material I've read from DC are mostly of deconstructions of the character and as evidenced by Man of Steel and to an extent BvS , moviegoing audiences aren't really looking for that type of film

They can't stop youtube.com/watch?v=7LQuTYisMWs

Hey if cap can fuck off and abandon all his duties for pussy, literally for a lifetime, then I can’t see Sups spending some months with Lois is bad.

It's not so much pride as to setting the standard.

Not the way they're going about it.

People talk about Marvel being stuck with a bunch of B-list heroes like Iron Man and Thor because they sold off everything anyone wanted to buy like it was a problem for them, but it's a big part of why they've been so successful.

The reality is that there's a limit to how much money you can squeeze out of any property. Marvel can recast Iron Man, and they'll make some money, and then after a few movies they can recast Iron Man again, and they won't be horrific failures, but as they return to the well again and again they'll run into resistance from dweebs and malcontents bitching about how they're doing it wrong. DC got two (three if you don't count Burton / Schumacher as one) successful Batman movie franchises and one wildly successful animated series, and the consequence of doing something well is that it's harder to do it again. Diminishing returns. People like what you did and feel satisfied, and they don't like you messing with it so much. It's why they've had more success with characters like Wonder Woman and Aquaman. Fresh meat.

DC can get it going, but it isn't likely to click with the sixth variety of Batman, seventh if you count animated series Batman. Not even talking about Adam West and Lego Batman.

Why are you so mad, soiboi?

I kinda prefer less powerful heroes, MCU Hulk or Thor have been nerfed and I like it, when the character can literally move faster than light, topple planets, escape the pull of a black hole by punching it and do other shit (and I'm not just talking about Supes, but Thor Odinforce, WWH and other shit) it makes no sense they can't deal with some of the problems you see in comics. Being slightly weaker makes them more relatable and the stakes feel higher

Kinda like what people are saying here, why didn't Superman stopped the Tsunami and the countless deaths? he totally can, even if he wouldn't outright go and stop another nation, he would still protect the civilians

If this were MCU the explanation would be clear, Hulk and Thor can't, they aren't that powerful, they simply couldn't do much

Yep. That's why Superman sucks unless he's the villain.

>powerlevels

You are all fucking retarded.

All powerful heroes like Superman are boring as fuck and Captain Marvel clearly shows that.

>That pic
Send a sniper robot

Won't help characters in this can literally tank attacks made from a dozen exploding universes.

Powerlevels are fucking pointless childish crap.

Then just wait, she'll eventually kill herself with that power

No.

And MCU is undead.

I think OP's image is missing the point.

Stronger heroes allow for better, more creative action. While MoS is a bad Superman movie, no Marvel film (or any film at all) had better fight scenes so far.
