Amazing that Jon and Dany have never killed a major villain.

I doubt either of them will kill Cersei or Euron either

Reminder so I can improve your moods after episode 3

Posting this again because I didn't realize last thread was dead

If Bran and NKs relation doesn't amount to anything more than the boilerplate we got. Then what the fuck is the point of Brans whole character?

what did he mean by this?

Attached: ba190c3984d0488e727530929f27fe50.png (796x639, 601K)

a javelin flying out of the roaring flames wouldn't have been dramatic and Mr Smirky doesn't want to ruin DABID's fun

>3 episodes left to repair this damage

>dude he’s just an emotionless force of nature killing machine with no higher thought processes lmao
Why did he smile
Why did he make a deal with Craster
Who makes his armor and weapons
Why do they make symbols out of corpses
Why did a White Walker spare Sam
Why does he want to erase humanity’s history by killing Bran

can someone post the NK version of the Nothing Personnel comic?

>NK turned into a smirking capeshitter villain
Fucking travesty

>Then what the fuck is the point of Brans whole character?
they're making it up as they go along

>Ramsay
He was killed by his dogs though?

someone post the jamie pasta that was a bit cringe when i first read it but in comparsion to what we actually got was triple filtered KINO

>too dark and shaky cam to see shit
>battle had almost 0 strategy, even compared to past GoT battles like the battle at the Wall
>pretty much nothing had any thematic weight behind it, it was just random stuff happening to people
>almost no dialogue, just actors making pained faces for an hour

an argument can be made that Jon killed Ramsay. he did beat his ass in 1v1 combat.

> Heh, not bad, you made me use 10% of my power.

Was this the best casting in the show?

Attached: IMG_20190429_115148_812.jpg (620x387, 38K)

Why did NK not die from the fall? I understand fire resistance, but a strong enough blunt impact should defeat anyone. Especially someone made of ice.

Lightbringer should've been the only thing able to kill the Night King.

2 more episodes of fuck all happening and 1 more clusterfuck episode you mean

People swung swords at each other in the dark for 90 minutes without anything of consequence happening until the main threat is one shotted by a dexfag

>No battle between Jon and NK
>No battle between Jamie and NK
>No battle between The Hound and NK
>Bran didn't warp and control anything. Didn't control the ice dragon, didn't control any of the dead
>Night King didn't reveal anything to Bran before death
>Literally the most cheese deaths. All of them. Dying as "epic hero".
>The only purpose of all the light god characters was to give Arya pep talk
>Perfect Mary Sue Arya with no flaws and nothing of interest whatsoever one shots NK

I swear to god. This is THE biggest let down in television history. What a pile of shit.

yep

>NK had to wait 10,000 years for a retard to take the mantle of 3ER to begin his plan.

>Tywin
>villain

Why didn't the night king just crush Arya's throat?

And it's Jon who beats the living shit out of him before that iirc. Seems like that one goes to him.

For sure

if this happens, THEN I will agree with you bookfags that they are better than the show

It was great up until the ending where every main character is still alive and arya jumping out was really cheesy

sorry for reposting but sincere question

Why did they cast mostly the only good actors as the characters that die early in the show and aren't present in the last few seasons?

i forget all the actors' names but
>sean bean
>charles dance
>bobby baratheon
>catelyn
>walder frey

Lena Headey is like the only actor left with a shred of talent. Kit Harrington and Emilia Clarke are shit tier actors I'd expect to see on throwaway British period dramas, though I'll admit half of that is the garbage writing.

Attached: 1457217558003.jpg (416x380, 211K)

>charging at a near infinite enemy
>launching catapults and torching your own army
>everything being quiet indoors despite a raging war outside
>all the main characters surviving despite being overrun by dead people
>Sandor being scared, not because of fire, but because he's a coward now
>Beric surviving an extra 5 steps so he could see Melly

Same reason he didn't bother orderng his wights and White Walkers to attack any further. Because he had won, there was nothing anyone could do anymore and that's how Bran and the Three Eyed Raven would've ended until they had either defeated him with Lightbringer, made a pact for him to retreat back to the Lands of Always Winter or create a weapon of equal strength to combat him, maybe perpetuating this cycle again.

But nope! We got a 9 year old Predator kill him with a simple weapon swap he apparently never saw used against him or any of his forces in well over 1000 years.

>a javelin flying out of the roaring flames wouldn't have been dramatic
What? NK nailing and killing another dragon would have been high tier kino.

Didn't the same leak that predicted this Ep said Jon would kill Cersei?

Attached: 225151585.19500005_image.png (1459x988, 811K)

Remember when the White Walkers were so cold, they could shatter steel with their bare hands? No? Well, neither do the writers of this show.

Reminder that St George was a based Greek Orthodox Christian and would spit on anglicans and catholics if he had the chance.

Yup. Charles Dance is a fucking legend. I've been rewatching the series and that scene where he skins a stag while lecturing Jaime is such a perfect introduction.

So what was the deal with this?

Attached: 1546867967057.jpg (630x354, 58K)

There was one thing I didn't understand

First the castle got overrun but then it felt like the dead were almost gone?

This is what was so disappointing imo. I actually enjoyed the battle (inb4 muh battle strategy autists)
I just hate how all the previous seasons pretty much amounted to nothing. Why couldn't we have had some exposition scene with Brantron about an old ancient pact that had been broken between humans and the walkers or just....something that wasnt 2d cartoon villainy

>Jaime kills Cersei and Danaerys
There, I redeemed the show

ARYA! ARYA! ARYA! ARYA! ARYA! ARYA! ARYA! ARYA! ARYA! ARYA! ARYA! ARYA! ARYA! ARYA!

>It's setup that The Night King attacks Winterfell.
>"Surely he is smart enough not to take on two dragons and will attack King's Landing first to get an even bigger army."
>Nope, he tries to take on two dragons at once for no reason and then risks his life trying to kill Bran for no reason.

>Everybody says the Winterfell crypts are safe.
>"Surely D&D are just putting out a red herring with the hamfisted foreshadowing that the crypts are not, in fact, safe. Surely Jon knows that sending people to a freaking crypt is a bad idea when the enemy he is facing can raise the dead. Surely the bodies in the crypt are too decayed and they won't be able to get out of their stone tombs, even if they turn into wights."
>Nope, using the crypts was as stupid an idea as it sounded like, and the corpses reanimate and kill people seeking sanctuary.

>Sansa doesn't trust Dany. Sam doesn't trust Dany. Bran gives Dany (along with Tryion) a death stare. Dany is pissed because Jon is the rightful heir to the throne.
>"Surely this is just D&D creating drama. Dany was humbled in season seven! She went North to fight for the living! The burning of the Tarlys was justified! D&D are just using misdirection. There can't be TWO mad queens and an army of the dead to take care!
>The army of the dead die in one episode. Cersei turns out to be a paper tiger and Dany flips out and has to be put down by Jon.

Welp, so much for this show not being predictable. I won't even get into the Wight Hunt, which served no purpose whatsoever. Fuck, mostly everything served no purpose whatsoever, because a teenage girl who flunked out of Faceless Man school killed the Night King. If only Jon, Stannis, Melisandre, etc. knew to just hire a Faceless Man to kill that 10,000-year-old ice demon demi-god creature. That would have saved a lot of time.

Jon killed Karl fookin' Tanner, the true antagonist of Season 4 (or 5 or 3).

The problem with casting child actors is that you really don't know if they'll grow into good or even passable adult ones. None of the kids have turned out to be anything special, and the casting has gone down since S1-3 due to pandering and HBO jews.

Are they going to hang Glover next episode as a traitor or let bygones be bygones?

He meant he is contractually obligated to take fluff interviews about bullshit.

you mean

>Cersei wins

anything involving jon or dany winning in any way is shit tier plot armor tier plot

the episode was amazing, i don't know what you're on about

Attached: IMG_20190116_115602-d9e934f.jpg (620x827, 83K)

Have Arya Stark show up and fix all their problems. Turns out she learned how to time travel, it's how she was so fast to begin with. Also, she wears a dapper cape now.

Nikolai is good
Dinklage is good when has good material and not D&D shite
Alfie was great but he gone now

On one hand, I can appreciate the spectacle and the horror elements they tried to introduce. It's obvious the stunt crew and special effects team did their best. Lighting was poor but still watchable.
But the writing was really underwhelming, the more I think about the episode, the more I dislike it. The army of the living's preparations for the battle are incredibly stupid, and the Night King turned out to be a Saturday night cartoon villain. Arya was overused and her character is incredibly misinterpreted by the writing room. Theon's death, while poignant, is slightly ruined by Arya's ninja skills and Bran's absolute lack of involvement. The wights waking up in the crypts turned out to be of absolutely no importance. Theon and Jorah's deaths were extremely telegraphed ant too drawn out in an attempt to make the scene seem 'artsy' or emotional. Jon and Dany were written to be absolute idiots, and no characters that have vital importance to the overall plot were ever touched, even though their deaths were constantly teased.. Even the soundtrack, which is usually stellar, felt really out of place at times. There's probably far more mistakes than this, but I only finished watching 20 mins ago so I can't say right now. The mistakes are even worse once you realize that this is supposed to be THE main GoT episode, something that has been built up for a decade and what book readers have expected for nearly two decades.

What a fucking disappointment.

Attached: 1556542367430.png (645x773, 11K)

Emilia Clarke and Kit Harrington were 25 when the show started, and they're both mediocre at best.

Granted, the lines they're given are absolute shlock.

Attached: 456874785.webm (960x540, 2.88M)

No, Jon kills Dany. The leaker just said 'bitch' referring to who Jon kills but it turns out to be Dany. That could explain why Emilia Clarke spent three hours walking around London crying.
Since Aegon and Jon have been merged into the same character, it's actually possible that Aegon kills Dany.
WE DID IT GRIFFCHADS

Best of what? I didn't understand what Sansa meant

>" Little Theon? gone? Just like his cock hehe"
Remainder this is how next 3 episodes will look like

Attached: 1555522821223.gif (499x283, 2.26M)

Seriously though, all they had to do was show the main characters standing around with 10 other red coats and it wouldn't have been so ridiculous that D&D didn't have the balls to kill anyone.

Showing literally just the main characters standing in a pile of dead bodies is what makes it so glaring

Alright, how about
>Jaime kills Cersei, Jon, and Dany
>seven kingdoms return to autonomous rule

Jorah deserved better than dying like the ultimate cuck

Genuine question, if either:
>a. The NK comes back because he can't die due to some weird thing to do with Bran and they have to fight him again, properly
>b. Bran becomes the NK
Will that redeem this ending?

Books are always better friend

I was watching last night's episode with my wifey and our beautiful 2 year old baby girl, Rey Khaleesi. When Arya stabbed the Night King, we all clapped and started tearing up. Rey looked up at me and said, "Daddy, strong female representation like this in television inspires me to be the best I can be. When I grow up, I'm going to be the first PoC female president." It was the most proud I've ever been.

>12 White Walkers plus the Night King
I'm sure those numbers and all those symbols meant something. Ah well, no need to find that out.

merci

Broken fire moon is the reason. That is what caused first long night moon meteors. In the books I expect whats left (that flaming comet int he sky) to crash into ice moon bringing things back into balance and fixing seasons.

Why didn't they arrange hundred bowmen to shoot at NK? One of the glass arrows would have eventually scratched him

Is there a character that could even possibly EVEN TOUCH Arya Stark? Let alone defeat him. And I'm not talking about Edo Tensei Arya Stark. I'm not talking about Gedou Rinne Tensei Arya Stark either. Hell, I'm not even talking about Juubi Jinchuuriki Gedou Rinne Tensei Arya Stark with the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan and Rinnegan doujutsus (with the rikodou abilities and being capable of both Amateratsu and Tsukuyomi genjutsu), equipped with his Gunbai, a perfect Susano'o, control of the juubi and Gedou Mazou, with Hashirama Senju's DNA implanted in him so he has mokuton kekkei genkai and can perform yin yang release ninjutsu while being an expert in kenjutsu and taijutsu. I’m also not talking about Kono Yo no Kyūseishu Futarime no Rikudō Juubi Jinchuuriki Gedou Rinne Tensei Arya Stark with the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan (which is capable of Enton Amaterasu, Izanagi, Izanami and the Tsyukuyomi Genjutsu), his two original Rinnegan (which grant him Chikushōdō, Shuradō, Tendō, Ningendō, Jigokudō, Gakidō, Gedō, Banshō Ten’in, Chibaku Tensei, Shinra Tensei, Tengai Shinsei and Banbutsu Sōzō) and a third Tomoe Rinnegan on his forehead, capable of using Katon, Fūton, Raiton, Doton, Suiton, Mokuton, Ranton, Inton, Yōton and even Onmyōton Jutsu, equipped with his Gunbai(capable of using Uchihagaeshi) and a Shakujō because he is a master in kenjutsu and taijutsu, a perfect Susano’o (that can use Yasaka no Magatama ), control of both the Juubi and the Gedou Mazou, with Hashirama Senju’s DNA and face implanted on his chest, his four Rinbo Hengoku Clones guarding him and nine Gudōdama floating behind him AFTER he absorbed Senjutsu from the First Hokage, entered Rikudō Senjutsu Mode, cast Mugen Tsukuyomi on everybody and used Shin: Jukai Kōtan so he can use their Chakra while they are under Genjutsu

I knew it was going to be complete shit the moment the cavalry just charged in for no reason. Why did the red bitch die, she used all her mana?

Emilia was cast because she was pretty and naive looking. Kit I have no idea what went wrong, I've been trying to erase his gormless fucking face from my idea of book Jon ever since I saw S1. Wish literally anyone else had gotten his role.

How is it plot armor when all of them have plenty of options to dispose of Euron and Sirsay?

Its not going to be a part of the plot anymore, from now it's cersei.

I feel nothing but disappointment after watching this. Everything was dark. The white walkers didn't actually manage to kill anyone important. Jon's entire character arc leading to this face off meant nothing in the end because apparently the writers thought it was too obvious and SUBVERSION OF EXPECTATIONS automatically makes something good. Still don't know what the hell the White Walkers even wanted. What was Bran doing the entire time? How many times were are heroes completely swarmed before miraculously making it out alive? Did anyone but extras even die in the crypt? Just feels like 8 years of build up went out with a wet fart

Seriously, would Arya not being the one to kill the NK really have fixed all those problems? All the lore and themes were thrown away no matter who did the ninja kill

I was so hoping Royce would have to fight his zombie son from the first episode.

Someone post the spoiler greentext for GoT. The one that predicted Arya would kill NK.

I need to read it so I can see how this shitshow ends.

The only new information is that Jon kills Daenerys.

The worst part about NK dying so soon is that all the Southern houses below Winterfell will think that the NK and his army wasn't even that serious or better yet that it's just some spooky story those northerns talk about.

I wish Winterfell actually fell and they had to retreat further down South allowing other houses to see the actual threat.

>arya manages to sneak around a wall of undead and a shit ton of white walker generals and somehow gets enough speed after fighting for hours to leap 5+ feet in the air like michael fucking jordan and somehow intentionally gets caught by the NK and then does some bullshit ass knife drop shit to get the kill on him
fucking bravo dabid

I don't even care that Arya killed the NK, I just feel like he should have fought Jon and THEN Arya gets the killing blow to save him.

In addition to this, Bran needed to be involved in some fucking way, instead he just sat there the entire battle, warging into some ravens, and that was it? Like what is the purpose or point of Bran's journey now? What is the purpose of Jon rallying the entire North and Dany (and trying to rally Cersei) about the threat of the NK only for him to basically not be involved in his demise?

Her husbands. There was Joffrey, then Tyrion, then Ramsay.

>Jon kills Dany
literally the only part of that leak that wasn't in this episode

I thought the beginning of the episode was well done, the ominous screeching in the background. When the wall of zombies hit the defenders I thought for sure a bunch of named characters were dead and they made the show dangerous again. But no it goes to shit after that. Pointless scene after pointless scene and everyone has fan service armour.

>see one of your best friends been killed by a single zombie
>run away like a shit

when will the pendulum swing back from "pointless subversion for its sake" to "genuine earnest storytelling"

Honestly, I think Maisie didn't want any of this but hey she gets paid so whatever. It's rarely the actors fault in these cases. She even went to say how she thinks people would hate it. Seriously, they ruined one of the best characters in GoT. She could've been a badass fighter instead of this Mary Sue goblin.

They're going to write Star Wars Rian Johnson style.

100% yes

The scene where he was cutting up the deer and talking to Jaime was kino

At least he got to face off and beat the shit out of Ramsey. He actually got cucked hard with NK

No, but D&D have been hired to write the new star wars trilogy so they're probably friends with the crew from those films

you might say this is where winter... fell.

>Lyanna Mormont becomes a WW - this is maybe 70% as family member isn't the biggest fan of the show so wasn't sure of her name.

>Cersi gets killed by Jon Snow - not sure on the circumstances.

>Reek gets killed - not sure who by and not confirmed. Possibly while charging to kill the Night King.

>Arya kills the Night King, she jumps down from a tree and gets him when he is about to kill Bran 100% unless they filmed another ending somewhere else.

>And that's all I've got. These might have been leaked before already, I'm not sure.

>Edit - just had it confirmed that when family member said Jon kills the one I hate he meant Dani, not Cersi. So Jon kills Dani, don't know if Cersi dies by Jon.

Zombie ice magic, dude.

>implying jon could ever live down the AHHH SAVE ME ARYA memes

Wights exist because the night king pulls them from trees and puts them in bodies. Needs to steal the life potential of a human to do it.

When was the last time someone on this show had a truly meaningful death? Grenn dying under the wall and Hodor hodoring are unironically the only things I can think of.

Well fuck you really got all my issues with the episode nailed down
It's trange that even the music was not that good
For Theon's death to use a different version of Light of the Seven, instead of What is dead may never die, was a bad choice i'd say

Reminder that both Lyanna Stark and Lyanna Mormont both became zombies and killed multiple people.

I had REALLY high hopes for the first 10-15 episodes, looked like it was going be really fucking good, but then the light Dothraki cavalry decided to charge in a straight line into the darkness where an unbreakable, fearless army awaited.. that's when I knew dabid's lunacy would infect the entire episode

He's a dwarf of a dire wolf. And we all know dwarves are fucking smart. Only Ghost drinking wine all the time isn't confirmed.

am i having a stroke or did mel say that the lord of light brought beric back to life to save arya?

My opinions actually got worse about this episode with a full night of sleep. Immediately afterwards I was like ok that was it? Not I'm literally seething just thinking about it.

It is the move she did on Brienne so there is at least some previous to her doing it. Of course when she did it with Brienne she left herself open to a killing strike too, but the Night King isn't as powerful as Brienne so her surviving is understandable.

>hehee but its actually good because you didn't expect it to be shit

The weird thing is that that scene is not in the books. Sometimes the show writers did get things right.

Instead of rolling around and crying on the ground like a fat useless retard, they should have put Sam in the crypt and had him be dejected about being useless but then give him a moment to be courageous and protect the civilians and his family when the wights came.

How did Jon, Dany, Sam, Brienne and Jaime even survive??

perfect

The cavalry charge at the beginning was incredibly retarded, it was purely done for the visuals. No actual thought went into it.

Which... amounted to nothing. I was really expecting something big to come out of it, maybe the zombie dragons or the ice spiders. Instead it was just a precursors to ultimate Zerg Rush.

8x03

By far because atleast 9/11 we could kill the ones who did it .

Dolorous Edd was legit my favorite character, book and show.
RIP 999th Commander of the Night's Watch.

Why did melly sanders do that at the end where she just up and died can anyone explain please

It being too dark was a legit complaint.

I expected this season to be even less logical and much more stupid than before, but my did I underestimate the scale of writers' stupidity.

It's as if they did that on purpose. A consilium of the most moronic screen writers in the bussiness creatively invented hundred of possible events and turn-arounds in the story, and then they choosen less sensical of them all.

I don't even know what to say.

David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, I will certainly remember those names.

melisandre was practically the only really great part of the episode, even though her showing up deus ex machina 1 minute before the battle was cringe and just another example of bad writing by dabid

Attached: 1556550267525.jpg (1920x1090, 323K)

OP pic was the most kino moment until he got cockblocked, it's all downhill from there.

Why did they even bother exiling her last season if they wanted her to show up in this battle anyway? They should have just had Jon pardon her and have her included in the whole battle plan from the start.

It was the most convenient of ending her story arc without any unfortunate loose ends

The episode wasn't that bad. I don't complain about it being dark, it was nice that they couldn't see the zombies until they were about to hit them. It wasn't that dark, really. It HAD to be a battle in the night and honestly if you had trouble seeing stuff it's only because you have shit sight.
Tactics were retarded, though. I get that the Dothraki were supposed to skirmish and come back and were overrun but why wouldn't they shoot arrows instead of charging then. And as some user pointed out, why would they turn from an unstoppable force to the walking dead tier shits once inside the walls. If only they had an excuse to have the army outside the wall, but they didn't even set a trap, the whole trench thing was useless and retarded.
Fights outside the gates were all pretty good though.
The dragon chase was meh but it had its good moments.
The library scene was retarded. I don't mind Arya being the one that kills the NK, but they should have done it in a less retarded way, that shit looked like an anime.
Having dead starks come back to life in the crypts was retarded as fuck, who the fuck wrote that. Why would the NK have the power to bring back to life people that died centuries ago and that were in a place built by Bran the Builder.
Also Bran should have tried to do something rather than just fly around with his ravens looking around at the battle.
Lots of plotholes but hey you're not supposed to overthink it.
Theon charge was retarded.
Melissandre's death was the best in the series.
I expected a lot more main characters to die. Or at least one main character, wtf.
People saying that they dont understand the NK's motives are stupid, this was covered in the series. It was obvious the WWs arc would end in this episode, although I agree that they should have dealt with Cercei first and then with the NK. But they want the ending to be Dany sitting in the Iron Throne.
The episode wasn't as bad as you guys say, although it wasn't as good as it should have been.

I just don't think they care anymore. They're not great fantasy writers and they never pretended to be. GRRM betrayed them and now they're just making it up as they go

Better ask the writers, they wrote this abomination.

reminder the main conflict in the books is the struggle for who rules westeros and rarely even talks about "the others" and there isnt even a "night king" character established. It was just HBO hyping up that side of it cause people love undead cinema and eat that shit up. We got this shit ending cause who kills the night king GRMM probably doesnt know so its irrelevant and was mainly a tv show thing anyway. Who sits on the iron throne at the end is supposed to be the end all be all.

Definitely not just us.

After meeting Jon, Dany has lost 1 dragon, all of her Dothraki and about 90% of her unsullied. Jon is an inside man.

This scene was pointless. He then suddenly teleports to into the room and dies with arya and melly

>Theon charge was retarded.
I genuinely thought theon was going to grab some sort of dagger and stab the NKs heel as he walked towards bran, kind of how Merry stabbed the witch king.
That would have been so much better for then Arya to come kn and get the killer blow

based

>Yeah so he spent 6 months working in Ireland and he didn't work on any of the King's Landing bits. He only heard about the Dany dying part from a friend on another unit so it's not something he saw himself and, as it got posted online at the time, it could have changed and they may have filmed several different scenes to prevent leaks so I wouldn't count on it being true!

OP's source was, besides some technicalities, 100% correct on the first three points. The fourth point is third-hand information and D&D allegedly "filmed" fake scenes (e.g. Jaime/Podrick dying in Brienne's arms at Winterfell and Jon meeting Cersei alone in King's Landing).

At this point, I am 95% sure that Jon does kill Dany in the finale or penultimate episode, but I wouldn't be completely surprised if the scene was fake. After the last episode, it doesn't even matter anymore. D&D are going to use as many Hollywood cliches as possible when they try to replicate GRRM's outlines of what is going to happen.

Attached: 1490957299655.png (710x842, 879K)

for me it was the initial part of battle that was really boring and unclear(in a bad way) and the fact that the zombies zerg rushed the dothraki and the unsullied no problem but when they outnumbered the living inside the walls by like 100 to 1 it's like every mortal is a cqc grandmaster

Probably Nymeria, simultaneously listening to Arya saying stick em with the pointy end

Yeah running to the mountains like a penguin, real kino

Arya killing the NK made sense and it could have been worse (they could have made her actually beating him in a fight, she beat him with wits and not with strength, it was still a shitty anime move but hey), but why would Theon charge straight towards him like that

is this legit?

The actual thought was probably:
- Shit, Dany, y u bring all these big guys and horses to my fucking castle, how we are supposed to feed them? Not to mention 1000 eunuchs.
- No worries lady samsa, I've got a plan and they are stupid enough to actually follow it, poor dimwitted lads.

He missed half his face and throat, so maybe also the flame spray thingy?

The real azor ahai was the friends we made along the way.

Man, now I want to read ADWD Jon chapters. The Pyp/Grenn/Edd/Jon quartet was great

Unintentionally funny

Agreed. Incels do not need to bitter-reply.

Hopefully they'll fix it on the blu-ray release

I wanted a Jon vs NK duel.

What the FUCK was he doing during the battle except fly around with the crows?

Yeah, I had some hopes during the preparation, but as soon as the Dothraki charged, I already knew it was going to be trash.

>what is literally any bait doing to contribute to the capture of the bait eater

>implying a ten thousand strong army won't magically materialize outside the walls of Winterfell in the next episode

Your brain bro just turn it off

If you go to the book subreddit they are all complaining about it

I saw it, but that's not really out not character for her, is it?

Nah that's bullshit. The book has even more stuff involving the beyond the wall plotline
I was wondering how the fuck he showed up in the room

Theon killing the Night King would have been acceptable, so long as he had help (a direwolf or some shit). He could still die in the attempt and finish his redemption/re-masculation arc as a hero.

Will they ever fug? I always shipped those two. Shame they didn't have the balls to go all the way. 8 years down the drain.

if I turned off my brain and just looked at the basics of an 11 year old girl killing a big giant and thought about nothing else then yeah it was pretty cool, but if you actually think about it, it's just completely retarded

Previously when using magic she used other people's life force because she was so fucking old that she couldn't use her own like Thoros did when resurrecting Beric. In this episode she used her own life force twice. She was dying no matter what, casting off the necklace just meant people would see her true corpse, instead of a perfect sexy dead woman.

I meant her initially eating ragdolled was satisfying, but I suppose I should have made that clear.

All that big talk and then the giant flicked her away like a booger. I thought that was the end of her right then and there.

They fucked up by not casting Richard Madden and Jon and Kit as Rob Stark. Richard would have been phenomenal as Jon while Kit's gormlessness would have suited Rob or at least wouldn't have ruined the character the way it's ruined Jon.

I came here to post this.

At least Rey did that move against a one of the guards (there were 10 of them) not the fucking emperor
Him and the NK were both trash btw
