Ignoring the ending, was anyone else disappointed by the lack of main character deaths? What was with them all surviving wave after wave when the castle was literally being zerg rushed by zombies.
The ending would have been dramatically improved by having lots of characters die before the night kings eventual death.
I thought both no-cocks were going to die, as well as tormund. Expected all of the deaths except for the mormont girl and edd because I forgot about edd.
I think a good number of ppl died-- I kinda want to see some others die in the war against the golden company. prob the hound, our last no-cock, and gendry
Aiden Davis
Yeah, it started getting silly towards the end. Basically everyone dead except the main characters backed against a wall against endless zombie hordes. I thought Sam died like half a dozen times.
Jeremiah Parker
>Every single character gets grabbed or knocked down at least 3 times each Pissed me the fuck off, deathbait is so cheap. That in addition to the "zombies BTFO'ing everyone only to revert to stalemate in the next shot" also got me pissed. This was cheap shitty attentiongrabbing tv, that's it.
Tyler Morris
At least the Dickless Wonder managed to not fuck up and died like a man
Agreed such a bullshit move to pull a battle of the bastards but with like 8 characters at once. Such shit
William Sanders
[Who has been confirmed for being dead] All the Dothraki (apparently they can't fight either) Edd and all the remainder of the Nights watch (Press F To Pay Respects) The Bear Lolli who (killed a giant before dying herself Press F To Pay Respects) The Bear Knight (House Mourmont Now Extinct) Melisandre Beric Dondarion (Press F To Pay Respects) Theon and all the Ironborn with him (He deserved it) Possibly Alys Karstark Most of the Unsullied (Press F To Pay Respects) Most of the people in the Crypts Possibly Little Girl with the burnt face Most of the Knights of the Vale who went North for Lady Sansa (Except Lord Royce) The Night King and his entire army (White walkers and wights included) Around half of the Generic Northern Soldiers
[Important people who survived] Tormund and some of the free folk Jamie The Son of Bobby-B Podrick and his Magic Cock Both Stark Sisters The three-eyed peeping Tom The Onion Knight Jon and his Snow Doggo
yeah. melisandre was kino but they bitched out and should have killed everyone in the crypt and sam at least. bonus if they killed bran too
Noah Ward
I'm probably over exaggerating but I feel like it's been a very long time since main characters have just died. Everything lately has them in a tough spot and then they're always saved at the last second.
Ethan Thomas
Tyrion was there. No way he would have died, the Dab and Dabid love him too much
>thinking Varys won't sit the throne and rule for a thousand years >forgetting about Edd, the best minor character in the history of both film and literature
>Basically everyone dead except the main characters backed against a wall against endless zombie hordes. I thought Sam died like half a dozen times. Plot armor is a helluva drug
John Martin
I think it would've been cool if Tormund died saving Brienne heroically, it would've given Brienne a regret over not getting him to know better. She was quite disgusted by him, but retroactively she'd remember that men used to be disgusted by idea of female knights.
Isaiah Fisher
I was so sure tyrion was gonna die this episode, can’t believe they let me down
Adam Scott
Tyrion, after GRR stopped writing him, is irrelevant. Notice how he's had no good ideas ever since the divergence?
I like edd, but I was just overwhelmed by the presence of every other character getting more moments in the previous episode that I just forgot he was standing there
