You WANT to like it, but too many other people do, which you feel dilutes the specialness it should have for you to enjoy it. So its "overrated".

I liked it. Not a big re-watch kind movie. But a nice relaxing, pseudo-art film (at least for people that don't watch too many movies).

Yep, Kevin Shields just a great job on the soundtrack. Sofia made a solid 8/10 film which she was very upfront about crediting the influences that Wong Kar Wai's In the Mood for Love had upon it.

I wanted to like it but goddamn it was just so cringey at times. And I guess that is sort of the point since they were flirting and flirting always seems cringey from the outside but I just couldn't get through it. That scene in the ramen shop just made me want to rip out my eyes and tear off my ears
