Probably not. It's a kid's show at the end of the day. A really good one, but still.

I had difficulty enjoying it as a preteen and I was the target audience for it at the time, I doubt an adult would enjoy it.

Any explicit love scene was handled clumsily, to say the least, but the romantic undercurrent was also essential for giving weight to some of the series' greatest moments.
