The logic of the movie is flawed and retarded, but if the stones were returned, there are no alternate timelines. It all comes to a close.
Rogers never returned the stone Loki stole, he only returned the 1970 version of the stone.

That doesnt matter, that stone never left its proper position in time, so when the other two were returned, that never actually happened.
He will probably appear in GotG 3, Thor 4 or whatever.
