Ive seen a fair number of his vids and I don't see how you can think he's a shill. He talks shit about basically every manufacturer. The only tools he likes are ones made in the 1970s, which I hardly consider an endorsement.

His highest praise for any new tool is basically "well it's not compete shit". He is on patreon, but isn't that the point? He gets his money from fans, not tool makers. If he has a stable stream of income from fans he doesn't need some tool manufacturer sending him shit, he can go out and buy it himself.
