Hellboy was bad but it wasn't a disaster. It might be Dark Phoenix, what with the reshoots and all.
That one is tricky. They filmed the movie, then released the spoopy trailer and people loved it. Movie was delayed to shoot more stuff to make the movie scarier. But that shoot never happened, and the movie is still delayed.
