>Helm’s deep runtime: 40 minutes

why do battles led by men last for such a short time?

White men don’t last long. That’s why your crush hits me up on the weekend

And how many of those 80 minutes will be fighting? Half the episode is talking.

"Its like eating popcorn but you're dead."- rich ovens

>the longest battle in tv and cinema history
>shitty nonsensical GoT battle
Yikes I guess I'll skip this episode.

Damn its gonna take women that long to lose?

Considering how retarded the Battle of the Bastards was, this will probably be shit too

Battle of the bastards was kino it should have ended with Jon Snow and co dying though

I think GoT is not good anymore but I'm actually excited for this episode.

Hardhome was legit good. It really created that sense of the wights being this seriously relentless zerg force. The depictions of the zombies getting hit in the head with arrows or having big chunks of their heads missing also differentiated it from other types of zombies that usually get put down when they get shot in the head which makes one wonder just how these things are supposed to actually be killed. It was quite an entertaining one sided conflict.
The battle of the bastards was lamer, but it still had moments and at least looked gritty. You got this sense of "war is very ugly" so I can't complain.

So what will this be like? I hope it looks ugly.

Seems to be a common sentiment.

Hardhome is the best episode of the entire series so far. Fight me.

It's trash but it has good moments and some decent characters.

White hands typed this.

Quality > Quantity

I don't know about you, but even Helm's Deep was boring. The entertaining stuff about both series' is the character interactions and the drama.

Mountain vs Viper, Red Wedding, Ned vs Jaime, Purple Wedding > Hard Home, Wall Battle, any Dany battle

Nobody here cares anymore about the caracteres.
They are now a parody of themselves.

Yeah, at this point the action scenes are the only thing that are in GoT's favor

I've heard it's going to spill over into episode 4 too.

you'll watch it and you fucking know it

unironically hyped

I think Helm's Deep is pretty great but only because the entire movie builds up to this one battle. Winterfell ain't going to be the final battle in GoT (not with 3 episodes left) so it's kind of just wasting time imo.

helms deep wasnt the final battle either

It was in Two Towers.

so kind of like winterfell will be the final battle in this episode huh

If it was the final battle of season 8 I might agree with you

Greyworm dies
Jorah dies
Beric dies
Podric dies
Gendry dies
Lyanna saves Jon in an heroic YAS QWEEN moment

there, I saved you 80 minutes

That's a very arbitrary dedication to 'finales' when in reality I can watch Two Towers and ROTK back to back right now and get the same effect as this episode and the one after in a week+ time.

sounds fucking boring desu, that dragon ride was lame enough, don't need 40 minutes of that

bastard cavalry charge was better than anything in hardhome tho

Pa paaa pa paaa . pa paaa paaa paaaaaa pa paaa paaa paaaaaa paapaaaaaa

At lest this is better than capeshit

you mean yellow

Problem with the fight in GoT will be that the enemy is just not very interesting. The Uruk-Hai have a lot of character despite just being fodder for the heroes to kill most of the time.

Also, GoT should up it's horn game.

>DA BATTLE IS GONNA BE LONGA SO DAT MAKES IT BETTA! XD
Jesus Christ...

>6 episodes

rome did it right with the 15 second hazy battle shots
