Probably a few Futurama episodes

Books shouldn't count. Authors actually put effort into it was as most script writers just hackjob their way thru the process.

That spanish movie Time crime was pretty spot on. Futurama. Time squad.

Severian - Idris Elba
Thecla - Brie Larson
Dorcas - Emilia Clarke
Baldanders - Patton Oswalt
Two headed dude - Ron Perlman and Danny Devito

in the film adaptation, severian will die repeatedly sort of like the non sequiturs in the Stephen king adaptation 'riding the bullet'. we the viewer learn that these are permutations of the possibilities that are deflected by the claw at the end of the first movie. screencap if you want.

when harry potter and hermoine went 2 to past and then harry thought he was saved by his dad but it was him and he saved himself and then they heard THUCK and it was the axe hitting a stump and the hippocrief was free

Jolenta casting couch would be fun

Good b8 bro. Heres my choices

>Severian-Robert Pattinson or Evan Peters
>Thecla-Jennifer Connelly
>Dorcas-Judy Greer
>Baldanders-Conan Stevens
>Vodalus-Guy pierce
>Agia-Shailenne Woolley
>Agilus-Robert Pattinson or Evan Peters (whoever doesn’t get the Severian Part gets this part)

But the claw doesn’t even have power-it’s severian who actually has it and the claw only acts as a symbolic driver to set Severian on his path to become the Autarch and ultimately bring the New Sun

>the sex baby in Baldanders castle - Stavros Halkias

yes but the severian with the claw is our hero. the rest are dead. severian who drowned in the waters of gyoll is dead. think of the fight scenes in Sherlock Holmes. it is similar. I cannot recommend the movie 'tag' to you enough.

Bruh there are at least 4 severian’s we encounter in the text.

>Post-Gyoll drowning Severian
>Post-Avern fight severian
>Apu-Panchau
>Little Severian

The claw carrying severian does in fact die and is reset in time via the hierodules

>makes sense
time travel is simply not possible retard, therefore it cannot make SENSE

>Doesn’t even realize it’s been essentially proven to be theoretically possible via quantum physics
>Doesn’t understand basic concepts such as Space-Time and relativity

In Ender's Game, they have a brilliant military commander, but they don't expect to go to war for another hundred or so years. So they put him in a space shuttle, have him fly off at relativistic speed for a couple of decades, then have him turn around and come back. A hundred years passed on Earth, but only thirty or forty years for him. I think it's scientifically accurate. Also I dunno if they do this in the film because I quit that piece of shit 5 mins in but that's how it is in the book.
>harry gets a time turner
>doesn't immediately time travel to the future to sit down with his future self and learn how to defeat voldemort

>proven to be theoretically possible
Do you know how retarded you are?

Triskele- Gary Busey

Time travel never makes sense. Because it's not real and never will be real there is always some logic hole that will pop up and ensure it doesn't work

>Severian-Robert Pattinson
Fucking perfect.

It makes about as much sense as interstellar
future entities messing with the past to bring themselves into existence
Twin Peaks the Return got it right

If they have relativistic speed they sure as shit must be able to cryogenically store people
SF is so dumb sonetimes
