So I've been browsing those box office forums and subs and I came to the conclusion that WB gets about 50% from the domestic market and about 20-25% from overseas. That means that Shazam made about 50 million profit at home and about 50 million overseas which means that it only brought in some 10 million profit for WB

But you know that WB never expected big numbers from Shazam? And btw it already made money back so it's not a flop

Except income is not really a problem for DC right now. What DC really needed are positive reviews from critic and audiences to help reducing the image of "DC universe is bad" and they achieved that with Aquaman and Shazam.
