Johnny gives up on everything and goes back to his old life, but he checks in on Miguel every day at the hospital.

Robby gets blamed for inciting the riot, Kreese bullshits the school in to believing his kids are the good guys, even the security guard says they were the ones trying to stop it.

Miguel is struggling with physical therapy, but eventually convinces Johnny that if karate made him strong once, it can do it again.

Robby is guilt ridden and lost, very much Johnny's son he to goes back to his old ways too. Robby and Miguel cross paths and manage to do what Daniel and Johnny never could and make peace.

Miguel and Robby talk Johnny in to training both of them, arguing that Robby needs the structure in his life that he gets from karate, Miguel is still recovering and they all want to stop Kreese.

Sam finds out that Miguel and Robby have put aside their differences and joins them too. Tory makes her life miserable at school and Aisha's been pulled even further down in to Cobra Kai.

Daniel finds out that Johnny is not only teaching karate again, but he's been teaching Sam and goes ape shit. Johnny actually manages to put Daniel down and demonstrates mercy, surprising Daniel.

Daniel sits in on one of their training sessions to see for himself that Johnny is a good teacher and has an idea. Miyagi-Do will reopen with Johnny managing the day-to-day training and Daniel can contribute where he can, striking a work/life balance that he can't on his own.

Not sure if you'd want to put the All-Valley tournament in at the end or finish with new Miyagi-Do saying they're going to put an end to them at the next one and build towards the tournament in season 4.
