This. Too much Professor and too little Hulk. It was Banner except he was bigger and green. I wanted him to go savage Hulk on Thanos, punch him so hard his armor cracks. Banner doesn't have the right mindset and rage for fighting and smashing. Like Thor said in Ragnarok, Banner's intellect is great, but in a fight, it's the Hulk you want by your side.

I think the fans wanted to see a rematch. It would have been great to see the hulk really flip out and get extremely angry on Thanos and beat the piss out of him at the end of the film. It would have been satisfying considering what happened in Inifnity War. But I unironically think they cucked him because they view his character as a symbol of toxic masculinity. The film has a STRONG feminist message and the Hulk is literally the epitome of masculine sexual aggression. To make him smart and smaller is almost a castration of the masculinity of the film. It will be interesting to see where Marvel takes this as they move forward into SJW land.

Yes, I do. Because *he* didn’t dab on her. The Power Stone did. Under his own power, he wasn’t even strong enough to make her blink. If that moment was reserved for anyone, it should have been an enraged, savage-level Hulk, for story reasons both present as well as future. With the Hulk, his strength and durability is a variable. With Captain Plug-In, it’s a constant.

As if that weren’t bad enough, it’s just further reminder of the fact that Danvers was sharing the galaxy with Thanos for twenty years as he went on his half-genocide tour, and she could have wiped the floor with him at any time but didn’t because reasons. That’s fucking shit-level writing. At least in the comics, Thanos spent most of his pre-gauntlet days as a particularly formidable space pirate who didn’t reveal his power level to just anybody.

Captain Marvel wasn't meant to be in MCU at all. They didn't plan for her when they first laid out the whole story. They were forced to add her and squeeze her in before the endgame. They even used her movie as a money maker because everyone thought after Infinity War that she would play a big role in Endgame, when instead she only appears for 10 minutes and got just as many lines.

The fact that Thanos can't even make her blink shows how much of a mary sue is. No one likes heroes without flaws and limits, who can't even be hurt. She is the MCU's version of superman, except she has no weakness for kryptonite.

And Thor, Cap and Tony had already fought Thanos, but past-Thanos hadnt fought them, and still they got rekt. I feel like Hulk got a little vindicated by that.
