There is something about the trans brain that we don't yet understand. There's always the same archetype (which has been documented since at least the 80's) - the quiet, reserved, level-headed, intelligent man ends up having trans inclinations. It's almost certainly no coincidence that there are an unusually high number of MtFs that excel at mathematics, technology, computer science, and creativity. Perhaps it is simply comorbid with autistic traits. But yes, I would say there is something going on there.

Not him but I'd imagine it would also be close to the date they lost their mental stability and any sense of rational thought or grasp of reality.

Which would probably explain why most people who transition usually have a very close relationship with some form of escapism i.e. movies, video games, or other internet activities. I can see how them being associated with those activities could be misconstrued as them actually being the talent behind it and not just using it to fuel their illusion.
