Years of failed comics, relaunches after relaunches, hell I think even a change to her origin which did not appease those who (rightfully) disliked her and angered those who (yes, all three of them) liked her. She was suppose to be the face of the MCU going forward, but her movie did not catch on because based Brie is crashing that character with no survivors. They sidelined her in Endgame because of all this.

And for her second film, aren't there rumors of Spider-man and Wolverine being in it? If its true, then that is, by far, the ultimate sign of defeat. Their little feminist icon is trash, the majority do not care enough to pay attention to her (and those who do, do not like her), and now they'll have to bring in two of the most popular Marvel characters (men) to hold her up. It' counts as a future LCS that goes under or stops selling marvel comics completely.

And lets be honest, there are enough comics out there for the average comic geek to just pick up anything they want to read and dump marvel's current disaster outright.
