Kinda, it only exists as CN shows at the time needed a middle segment, Dexter had Dial M for Monkey and Justice Friends for example. Feiss wanted to quit Weasel after the first season of Cow and Chicken was done so he could focus solely on C&C, but the CN executives demanded that kept Weasel in.
Eventually, a compromise was reached, that would allow Feiss to have Red Guy cross over into the Weasel segments starring from season 2 as to hold his interest in continuing to make more.
