That's the wrong solution. It doesn't fix any problems, and only enables the problem to get bigger.
That's like saying that the best way to deal with swarms of locusts is to give them more fields of crops to ravage. Once you produce more you'll always have to keep on producing more to accomodate those who associate horribly irresponsible birthrates with an infinite supply of food and everything else they want.
