It always amazes me that blacks seem to drag their kids around with them at all hours of the evening. I work at a theater so I'll tell you how it works. You don't need to be at least 13 to see it, hell we can sell tickets to a pg-13 movie to a 6 year old. The rating is more for parents that might be too uncomfortable taking their children to a movie that has swearing, blood, and violence in it.
