MiH is pretty fucking hard to outrun once it goes cosmic since its potent enough to age the universe to death in like a few minutes once he really picks up speed, but Flash has some truly outrageous feats

The existence of both the Speed Force and the Time Gem would naturally counteract the effects of Made in Heaven.

In the case of DC, The Flash would probably have to chase him down to stop him. MiH might be fast, but he’s not Flash fast.

I’m not really sure in the case of Marvel. The Time Gem is ab obvious out, but I rather not go that route. Again. They could use a Speedster like Quicksilver, by I don’t know much about him so I’m not sure if he’d be able to catch up. Dr. Strange could pull some magic shit like maybe a spell that freezes someone or stops time. Silver Surfer could also stop him but that implies him to be on Earth and knowing what’s going on.

What about those Abstracts?

Pucci is a sub-Chronos geek, Booster Gold could solo him, wouldn't even be a Crisis, might not even have to call his son Rip Hunter, on the Marvel side Bishop and Cable would brutally merk him. Time travel power geeks end up being solved in 3 to 4 issues, like the last arc of Waid Cap America, that dumb King Batman story or 1/4 of all Flash stories.
And if he got too big for his britches, this DIOcuck would just get mogged by any one of DC or Marvel cosmic entities.

IIRC, this is only true up to a point; MiH's time acceleration is constantly gaining speed, and once it passes a certain threshold then there's not a whole hell of a lot that even the Speed Force can do.

2) Even if Flashes are SOMEHOW unable to keep up, yeet Lightray at him, it's the only thing he's good at
3) Push comes to shove Zoom goes in with his timeslow (plus he shouldn't be affected by MiH in the first place, which is kind of horrifying in his POV, but would make it extremely easy)

The speed force is a fundamental part of the universe. If MiH is accelerating the universe, he's also accelerating the speed force, and thus the Flash. Considering The Flash is already infinitely fast, this is a doubly impossible win for Pucci.
