>tfw James bankrupts your show
Jeopardy!
No one can bankrupt Alex's heart
But they can bankrupt his pancreas
delet
>According to the American Cancer Society, The five-year survival rate for distant (stage IV) pancreatic cancer is 3 percent. Distant disease has spread to other organs outside the pancreas, usually the liver or lung. It is important for all pancreatic cancer patients, including those with stage IV cancer, to consider options outside of standard treatment.
I know you faggots probably wont believe me, but my dad is good friends with Alex. He said that he has accepted his fate, he will be gone within a year or so. He's going to try experimental treatment and hope it does something. His children who are in their 20s are very broken up about it. He will also continue doing the show as long as he can to help his mental state.
I know this isnt groundbreaking or crazy info.
James is sending viewership through the roof. They are making way more money than James is earning.
Cancer scares the hell out of me. I don't smoke or drink or anything but healthy people get cancer all the time.
Trebeks death is going to be the only celebrity death I give a shit about
>tfw it's rigged to increase viewership cause he's about to die and tv execs are slimy like that
geico provides the prizes
Imagine what it will be like when new, pre-recorded episodes are still airing after he's dead.
You don't drink at all? Not even socially?
>drinking the liquid jew
I'm scared for that day to come.
Naw, I don't have any friends to drink with. My coworkers are all middle-aged women
>JAMES STOP, I HAVE TO PAY MY CANCER TREATMENTS
Who's going to replace Alex? I vote for Steve Harvey because I'm not convinced he could even read most of the clues and watching him bumble through the show would be top comedy.
That sucks. Everyone should have some IRL friends.
Steve Harvey's nigger antics would get old two episodes in.
>tfw no office full of single MILFs competing for my affection
This is your reality, don't tell me it isn't
I could see them running re-runs for a while until they decide on the next host.
I'll be pissed if they pick a woman
>if
user...
Watson.
However they are going to pick a brown/black woman.
Norm Macdonald
Or maybe Bob Odenkirk
Me on the right
Jeopardy is way too fast-paced for Steve to handle. Honestly, I'm not sure who could fly through two boards of clues and make commentary as smooth as Alex.
I always wondered how much it's edited.
>tfw James will outlast alex
>Norm Macdonald
He would ruin himself by doing high-stakes bets on who's gonna win. There's not enough Xanax in this world for Norm to host Jeopardy.
My guess is minimal editing. They run a tight ship over there.
Sometimes Alex will re-record the questions he flubbed on. But he spends hours of prep time going over each game board before taping
>healthy people get cancer all the time
not at all. cancer is very much an old person's disease. young people with cancer are outliers. it's true that one in three people will get cancer in their lifetimes, but from that you should get that 2/3 people, regardless of age or lifestyle, will never get cancer.
even people who were long-term heavy smokers only have roughly a 10 percent chance of dying of lung cancer (though that's not exactly a positive statistic. A 1 in 10 chance of dying an unpleasant death over something stupid is absolutely not with it)
Tldr don't waste your time worrying about this shit. The odds aren't against you
I read that article. It was shit.
>omg this guy could bankrupt the show
>but actually he can't its not a big deal
KEN JENNINGS
Austin Rogers
You actually make a pretty good point.
