Meh. Worst case scenario, they retire the major players from phases 1-3, and we end up with a bunch of new characters. They'll spend a other 10 years and 3 more phases building up to galactus or something. By then, it'll be stuff like fantastic 4 and xmen with a little BS like ironheart and femthor comprising the new avengers. Probably a new cap america as well, but probably another dude.
Guaranteed there'll be an xmen vs avengers movie first though.
