did you know asian people immediately shit their pants if they have a tiny taste of any dairy? imagine if they tried some cheese.

You don't mature cheese in pine casks? What are you, forestlets?

Attached: Brânză_de_burduf[1].jpg (1936x1288, 865K)

you are but its very artificial . Stick with sharp cheddar or gouda my man

Milk and yogurt are worse in that regard. Hard cheese doesn't really have those problems.

it's a misconception that all cheese affects lactose intolerance. hard, aged, cheeses have very little lactose. at worst, they'd fart a bit if they ate a lot. But just having a few pieces of parm or cheddar wouldn't hurt them.

usually in the cheese making process they use bacteria that use the lactose in milk for energy

What are some kinos where you get that cheddar?

This kills the chink.

That's absolute bullshit, but the idiots here will probably believe you anyway since 95% of them have probably never met an Asian person irl

I'm from Europe and lived in China for a while. Cheese was among the most expensive import stuff. I'd buy more than pound of brie here for what I spend on a tiny piece there. Chinese people also went crazy for Italian food, especially pasta with "the white sauce".

Saint Nectaire

I have known a lot of Asians and watched a lot of travel docs. Dairy products are rare pretty much anywhere in Asia. Asian Americans are no different. Some of my best friends growing up were Thai, Filipino, Vietnamese. None of them ever ate dairy

red leicester is the cheese of chads

Napoleon Dynamite

The princess bridge seems like a good candidate
It's cliched as all hells, but it makes it work.
It's props and sets are shoddy, yet endearing.
And finally, it ranges from both a more mainstream appeal and that of a cult classic.
the princess bride is no single cheese, it's any cheese you like.

Anything raw and unsalted

Manchego

>tfw i dont like brie cheese because of the after taste

>snee-dah

Emmental

Depends what it's being served with. Havarti goes well with salumi. Brie goes with berries or figs. A small wedge of parmisean is perfect next to a plate of pasta. Cheddar goes well with Ritz crackers.

Gotta say I'm a fan of the old ploughman's lunch, a wedge of mature cheddar, a hunk of crusty bread, and some sliced salted pork.

Halloumi, I could eat a whole block if I wanted.

Manchego

I love all cheeses but truthfully haven't really tried a lot. has anyone tried the maggot cheese?
