We had Taken as far back as 2008, John Wick, Brawl in Cell Block 99, the Death Wish remake, Equalizer, Gangster Squad, Blood Father etc, while we'll get the new Van Damme (The Bouncer) and Avengement and John Wick 3 this year. It seems this kind of movie gets more and more popular as time goes on.
