Mortal Kombat is pretty fucking timeless to be honest. It always has that cheesy 80s or 90s kung fu feel to it when people used to actually believe in Death Touches and shit, but if they made a decent MK film now I'd watch it.

I actually rewatched this film in the easter weekend and its amazing that the cast had so much white people in it despite the fact that it takes place in Persia they had to 'tan' them up to make them look swarthy. You then look at the live Aladdin movie and see how far Disney has come
