Cicada is a serial killing Darth Vader knockoff with a SCIENCE knife that steals other peoples' powers. He hates super-people because they caused his niece's coma and has enough plot armor to constantly outsmart the Flash despite being a middle-aged factory worker with a bad lung.
Dante is just some asshole terrorist who likes literaly references and fighting with knives, and is corrupting Green Arrow's hapa sister.
Neron is a trypophobia-inducing demon who stole John Constantine's boyfriend's body to fuck with him and has some unspecified plans for a bunch fo magic creatures that escaped from Hell and are being rounded up by the Legends of Tomorrow.
Agent Liberty is basically a MAGA Nazi analogy except he hates actual outer space aliens rather than minorities.

That's a lot of top quality villians. It's amazing that some of these characters have been around for over sixty years and they only have one or two villians anyone cares about. That goes for Marvel as well as DC.
