I have to imagine that, in the long term, widespread prostitution is a preferable alternative to porn use. It's not ideal but it gets you outside the house and interacting with real (trashy) women, and is almost certainly better for your mental health than wasting away in front of a computer screen in your house while you get more and more frustrated over not having real sex
