I wish GoT would have more fleshed out lore but GRRM admitted he kept adding things as he went along and that he would never confirm or deny if any of the gods in the world are actually real or not.

He says it's for realism so no deity in GoT is more valid than another, but this is a world with magic, wights, necromancy and dragons ffs, some clarity would be nice.
