Yeah the conclusion is super weak. Like everything is suddenly going to change? The patient is completely immune to testosterone, effectively making him a her in all ways possible...but the fact that the patient has testes present in her gut (that are going to be removed since they have cancer on them) is the father's reckoning? So fucking weak and dumb.

I always liked the end to season 5. Where House has this great night with Cuddy, but it's revealed that he's just spiraling into drug addiction and the episode ends with him going to a hospital for treatment. It just felt so somber and like the fun was over.

My only issue with this is that it skips the part where the mouse bites actually made it worse and the guy starts convulsing and goes into a coma, but they manage to save him because house realised they needed rat bites all along because he could recognise the specific smell of the rat shit when he broke into the patient’s house.
