I inherited a German helmet from my grandfather who's dad apparently looted it, but he personally doesn't believe this. The helmet is authentic though, so where the fuck he got it from is completely beyond me.

I like WWII militaria in general though, usually people who limit themselves to the Germans alone are weirdos (especially if you aren't German).
