child of the 80s here. go-bots sucked ass.

It's the same fucking shit, just less cooler. Make Evangelion movie already.

>announce a gobots movie
>release it in theaters
>cy-kills first scene, he is making a villainous speech
>out of nowhere, megatron appears on screen and tears him to pieces, before flying away
>movie abruptly ends
Kino, if I may say so myself

>first gay character in a children's cartoon
>gay character is a primary villian

Anyway, there was literally no purpose to them transforming at all, because in bot mode they all fly and they all shoot lasers out of their fists.

The toys were cool and better than equally-sized Transformers.

Ummmmmm no

I grow up with transformers and go-bots, transformers fans bullied to go-bots kids because they bought cheap toys and love the shitty hanna-barbera cartoon.

the toys barely transformed, were tiny and had no guns. I had leader one and cykill.

go bots more like gravel faces amirite, since their face is facing the road or am i getting it twisted, never bought one of those

Converters> GoBots>transformers
Get #REKT

>The toys were cool and better than equally-sized Transformers.
what are you talking about? most of go-bots toys didnt transform OK and most of them become easily loose

Converters was the most shitty ones

Where did you get that from? And all of them including Transformers got easily loose. But at least Gobots were complete, and there weren't any loose fists to lose. At most you could lose a tire or something else that didn't really take away from the bot mode at all.

>Where did you get that from?
I had a lot of Go-bots as a kid, still have some of them and all the joint points become loose very quickly

Movie adaptation when?

You're fleshy on the outside.

Cy-kill is more badass name than Megatron.

No, because Go-Bots were assimilated by Transformers years ago with them being reassigned to the matching factions after Unicron ate their entire multiverse.

Fun fact: Hasbro did eventually take over Tonka, so when Bandai came out with new Machine Robo stuff they can't sell them in the US as GoBots because Hasbro owns that as a brand now.

Why not just sell them in the US as Machine Robo?

Don't know. It probably has something to do with name brand recognition.

How do you have that many parts detaching and other parts attaching yet still have that much kibble left?

I mean...yes?

Where can I import these for my YouTube toy review show?

Rock Lords.

I just remember GoBots being considered the cheap Chinese knockoffs of Transformers. The cartoon didn't help this viewpoint at all.

James Cameron is in talks. Sources say he felt special effects in past years weren't up to snuff but after making Alita he thinks a worthwhile Titanic-Bot adaptation is finally viable.

I liked their furry pets. I had one when I was a kid
