I always doubt about Martin Sheen character, he it's so likeable but he it's clearly a psycho. Why I like him? it's because he it's so handsome?

WOAH OHHH OHHH OHHHH

BAAAAADDLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANDS

Malek films really are beautiful to look at. It's an amazing movie.

The sunofabitch did look like James Dean

he's also pretty charismatic my esl friend

Fun fact: Test audiences hated the movie. Warner Brothers showed it as the second half of a double bill with Blazing Saddles. It's not a good pairing.

that was a retarded idea. i can't imagine how jarring it would be going from blazing sadles to badlands during a double feature

Would you like to be killed by him?

I'd let him fill me up with hot lead if you know what I mean

It really feels like a storybook come to life

>The violence is sudden, but almost never lingers on gore
>Characters rarely display strong emotion, and even when they do they return to normal almost instantly
>soothing color palette, very little sense of urgency
>No real hardship when they're out on the plains, gas leaks from the pipes they find

One of my favorites

op here. I thought the score sounded really similar to True Romance at points which i thought was cool. did anyone else notice this? they're sort of similar plotwise as well. did badlands have a huge influence on tarantino?

>did badlands have a huge influence on tarantino?
god no, Tarantino it's a retard, why did you have to say that?

he wrote the script for true romance. and i didn't say i like tarantino

sneedless to say, it’s Formerly Goodlands

never saw the movie lad

>when you look up the actual people the story is based on

They toned down the violence for the movie.

Same score. Been used in a lot of other films too

This looks good. I live in the Badlands.

She was the actual psycho. that's like huge theme of the movie.

You should watch it I’d highly recommend as would most other anons here I’m sure
