I used to watch it occasionally when it was airing, but couldn't get into it when I tried to watch it recently. The acting of really bad and the stories are pretty shmultzy and melodramatic.
I have zero nostalgia for it though, so YMMV.

I'm old as hell and I watched it. If you were a kid back then, the only way to get a boner was to either watch USA late at night or Baywatch. There's just really no way to describe how much of a treat it was back then to see Pamela Anderson in a swimsuit, or Nicole Eggert, Yasmine Bleeth, etc.
It was actually a pretty decent show (by 90s cable standards) until like season 5 or so when it just became a rotating parade of hot people who could not act at all. In the later years, internet porn started to become a thing and Baywatch lost its appeal.
