I think the franchise would be much better if Captain Marvel took over as the protagonist of the next "saga". I think her, Black Widow, Scarlet Witch and Black Panther would be good candidates to hold up the mantle of Captain America, Thor, Hulk and Iron Man so that Marvel can retire those characters and their respective storylines. I think Marvel do an excellent job of effectively shitting out the same concept in a different suit, but I would be lying if I didn't admit that they have cracked a successful formula. The next Avengers saga should move forward only releasing about one movie per year so that things move at a slightly slower pace and people don't get fatigued too much. I hope Spiderman isn't too prominent moving forward with the story though.
