If Marvel owned Venom, he'd have gained the symbiote suit in Endgame and they would have had Spider-man; Far From Home being him basically dealing with the Smybiote making people view him as a villain while Mysterio pretends to be a hero. Sort of a balancing act between the two.

Then Scorpion, from the first movie, would have gained the Smybiote suit and been the main villain of Spider-man 3 wanting revenge and forming a small group to use against Spider-man.

Eddie Brock moves to Queens to work as a videographer for the daily bugle. Peter is interning for the bugle and gets assigned to Eddie. He discovers Peter’s videos and the two form a bond. Eddie is a mentor figure to Peter and encourages him to take videos of Spider-Man for the bugle. Eddie increasingly skirts the law to get his story, dragging Peter along. During a dangerous job, Peter is in trouble and Eddie makes the symbiote to form with Peter to save him. The symbiote learns Peter’s secret and upon rejoining Eddie, so does he. With his Spider-Man videos, Peter moves up the ranks and is now Eddie’s partner instead of his assistant. After joining with Peter once, the symbiote wants to go back because Peter stronger than Eddie. Eddie increasingly grows jealous of Peter because he knows all his success is due to his powers. During a Spider-Man incident, Venom shows up to muscle in on the story and they both get in each other’s way, resulting in a fight, in which the suit leaves Eddie for Peter, giving is the black suit. Eddie is powerless without the suit and in the carnage following the fight, he is unable to save an important plot character. He blames Peter for the death and goes about to try and expose him. Meanwhile, Peter realizes the suit is bad and tries to separate from it. Eddie’s plans backfire and he is fired and discredited. He tracks Spider-Man down as Peter is trying to separate himself from the symbiote. He fights Spider-Man while the process is going down and ends up dying.
Peter manages to separate the symbiote but it escapes before he can destroy it. Defeated, the symbiote has no choice but to bond with Eddie’s dead body, reviving it, but leaving him mentally unstable and hellbent on destroying Spider-Man.
