With Cersei, it's more about her wondering what it's like for a man. I don't know why they didn't include it, in Dany's case due to the consent/power issues perhaps. FWIW: in the books, Cersei's one was called Taena and she was one of the false-witnesses used against Tyrion after the purple wedding. Taena testified that she saw him drop something into the wine.
