It’s hypocritical that people are mad that she said Josh Brolin should “be scared” of her (because she’s Captain Marvel) and calling her arrogant when RDJ literally pretends to be a huge diva all the time during events. Just to name a few RDJ moments, “I must be mellowing with age, but the next time I’m not asked the first question..I’m gonna fucking walk out”, him calling out Chris Evans for not going to Paul Rudd’s birthday party randomly during a press interview, RDJ: “We can skip over the dumb parts” Scarlett: “What are the dumb parts?” RDJ: “Oh I don’t know, your character” and those are just a few.
Another example of this type of behavior happening between cast mates is with Anthony Mackie/Sebastian Stan and Tom Holland. Anthony and Seb constantly call Tom an asshole and say he’s a little brat who needs a juicebox, saying stuff like if they were in the Spider-man movie, it would actually be interesting, etc. This is BANTER! Brie Larson saying things like “Captain Marvel is definitely the strongest” compared to Thor and them going back and forth about it is BANTER. Why is everyone else in the cast allowed to and even praised for making playful yet snide comments to each other, yet the minute Brie Larson does it, it’s time to crucify her for being an arrogant feminazi who wants to burn Marvel to the ground?
