Thanos dies 3 times in this film:
1) At the start of the movie, they travel to Titan to get him, it turns out he has already destroyed all the stones and Thor kills him cutting his head off
2)After time skip Tony builds his own infinity gauntlet and portal to Quantum Realm and they begin time travelling to events of previous films to collect all the stones in past before the events of Infinity War, they meet Thanos again, Tony kills him, uses gauntlet to bring all heroes and villians including Thanos back to life
3)Big cinematic battle between literally everyone in MCU's history happens and Thanos is killed for good
