Because so much American shit is shot in Toronto (a few years back) and now Vancouver so our talent is absorbed by the Hollywood industry (i.e. Cronenberg, Cameron, Jean Marc Valle w/ Big Little Lies and Sharp Objects, Some good canuck films are Winter Kept us Warm, Atom Egoyan movies & Denys Arcand movies.
