B1 but I have a good torso shape
Tbh this doesn't even seem possible for my 70kg body but I know that's just the weakling in me saying this. How do I even start?
Anyway, Pain and Gain is obligatory gym/fitness related kino.
It's A8 for me.

G7 for me
g7 is BASED
I can’t get out of C3, HELP
thank you
A2 here
Remember that workout is a meme if you are below 5/10
You're never going to make it.
That was the point based retard
c3 is my dream. Stay hot desu
I don't really look like any of these but if I had to pick one I'd say I'm around D4 or 5.
You could always get a haircut, shave and bulk.
Why would you want to?
Friends say I don’t look like I lift and that body makes me look like a pussy
I want to be bigger because in my country it’s more important to be a heavy big guy, not a tall guy.
Either C7 or D8. Not the most cut guy in the world, but it's manageable without having to stop eating pizza every couple of weeks, and also spending hours watching Malcolm in the Middle and Back to the Future over and over again.
How do I move right from 1 or 2 without getting fat?
Time, my dude. The biggest challenge of weightlifting and getting big isn't the actual motion (though that can get pretty fuckin hard) - it's the fact you've got to be consistent and disciplined with it to see results. For the first month or so it'll be an act of faith, but if you trust yourself and your routine, it can work wonders.
It sounds like you're trying to gain muscle rather than lose weight, which is actually much easier than you might think. Try adding about 300kcal-500kcal of good quality protein and carbs to your diet and lifting weights three times a week. You'll be surprised what you can achieve if you just trust the process to do its work. I can give you some recommends for routines or anything if you want!
D1 is probably the closest. Cursed boxed wine.
Hey man, it's great that you want to be a stronger human, but first I'd definitely have a long hard think about whether you actually want to be bigger, or whether you're doing it because you feel pressured by societal standards. If you're happy with the way you look without anyone else's input, fuck them. Without seeing anything but the rating, you're probably at a healthy weight/fat ratio right now. You can get fit, but never do it for anyone but yourself my man.
That said, if you're trying to up your muscle, you'd be surprised how much just consciously upping your calories in a controlled way, and throwing in a couple of resistance training days can do to your physique.
You can do it!! If you believe in yourself
and respect the need for proper method, anything is possible!
I thought it was harder to build muscle and there’s no exact proven method to build muscle.
Fixed your chart.
Thanks! I’m considering to throw some Muay Thai or kickboxing in my routine cause I’ve heard you can get decent gains combining it with lifting. Currently on Ivysaur 4/4/8 week 1.
I'm at F5... Can I turn it around?!
>5
Don't lie. You are just fat. I bet you are actually a G3
>D8
>F8
Nah, I used to exercise my whole life. Sports, Martial Arts, Gym. But after I went to Uni and lived alone, I started eating like a pig, then started drinking, and it's been 3 years now...
Please give me some home exercise recommendations. I'm relatively poor so I can only spend so much on supplements and equipment though. I'd trust a /fit/ user before searching for anything on Google. Thanks by the way.
You're right in knowing there's no magic bullet for building muscle. But in general, we know at least that upping your macronutrient ratios and introducing resistance training is a very good way (for the majority of people, at least) to build muscle. You can go infinitely complex on it, but that's the basic and important takeaway for beginners.
I disagree that there's no proven method to build muscle: in many cases the "proof is in the pudding" so to speak. Certain methods will work better or worse for you depending on genetics and lifestyle (i.e. weightlifting resistance vs calisthenics vs endurance resistance etc.) but in general, we at least know that Muscular Effort+The Right Amount of Caloric Surplus= muscle growth. There's still a ton we don't understand about how the body actually governs the muscle-building process, you're definitely right about that. But even if we don't know definitively why, we at least have methods we know work!
1Achads, where we at?
Also, in response to the "harder to build muscle" part of your reply, I definitely can't say that either your opinion or mine is definitive. I've found it's true and false depending on the person: some people have a really easy time building muscle, some people have a bit of a harder time. It's the same with losing fat: some people seem to shed it a little fast, some people (like me!) hold onto it a bit more readily.
But the takeaway from this is that whilst the rates are different, the central connector between all the people who are building muscle slowly or quickly is that they're usually using similar methods. In this case the limiter isn't what we know, but what we're born with. Unfair, I know! But luckily, except in the most extreme cases, you can pretty much always reliably build up muscle as long as you diligently follow your chosen method. Genetics is an influencer in these kind of things, but it's a trap to believe it's the be-all-and-end-all
You're right that, even if not hardER, building muscle is definitely hard, especially when one starts out. But I think you can do it, if you believe in yourself enough to give yourself time! One of the things modern society doesn't teach us is that we must be compassionate to our bodies, and not try to rush them beyond what's healthy or realistic.
>supplements
You mean food.
Whatever. I don't know, no need to be glib.
That sounds like a really good idea! I used to kickbox, and it's excellent for cardio and general conditioning.
From the sounds of it, you probably just need to up your calories in order to gain more weight. You also sound like you have at least a basic knowledge of what you're doing, so in addition I'd recommend taking a look at what your protein/fat/carb/fibre intake is like right now, and seeing if it needs tweaking.
Research is your best friend! There's plenty of myths and bro science on the internet, but the only thing stronger than a man's capacity to grow physically is his ability to rationalise and discern!

Sure, user. I've definitely been there before - when I first started out I couldn't even afford my college gym at a discounted rate. And even though I'd certainly recommend seeing if there's any way you can gain access to a facility later on in your development journey, the good news is there's plenty you can do at home.
First, honestly the only supplement you need is protein powder, and only then if you don't have a reliably cheap source of chicken breast or lean fish near you. In an ideal world, all your nutrients should come from food rather than powders. Protein supplements are great, but always remember that the clue is in the name - they should be supplementing parts of your diet, not completely filling your protein needs. Any other supplements (especially where it seems like you're at right now) are pushed unnecessarily. You don't need them, and anyone who tells you that you do is either trying to sell you something, or has been sold something themselves.
As for home exercises, calisthenics is your friend. In general, you want to look for a workout that incorporates push-ups, pull-ups
core exercises and flexibility work. You can use that criteria to look for routines that are going to work for you in future! To begin, I would certainly recommend this one: barbrothersgroningen.com
Note the requirements at the top, but don't be discouraged if you can't do 5 chin-ups,push-ups, etc. I couldn't either when I first started. I believe in your ability to achieve, user! Sincerely!
Also, just in terms of equipment, I think all you should spend your money on right now is a pullup bar you can put in a doorframe. Weights of any useful mass are very expensive, but a pull-up bar is priceless. I bought mine 5 years ago and still use it almost every day.
You forgot the fat people on meme diets and /r9k/ virgins that are too afraid to go to a gym so they just post crab bucket threads to cope.
Thank you, user. Feeling motivated and things are a lot less confusing now. I'm definitely planning on eventually finding a facility but I gotta start at home first.
I'm rooting for you user! You can do it!
And if you (and any other user reading this!) ever need advice, help, motivation or advice on anything, I set up an email for anons years ago and would love to help you out if you need it.
I'm sure you've got it from here, but if you ever need an user who wants to help, it's: [email protected]
Remember my dudes, it's all a hard journey, and we can all get confused or turned around. The only way forward is supporting one another.
Of course you can, user! Will it be easy? Perhaps not. But will it be worth it? I promise it will be.
You're actually at the point where fat will drop fairly quickly and reliably with caloric restriction! As someone who used to get a LOT of calories from beer, I understand how that kind of thing can creep up on you, and how hard it is to break out of habit.
See if you can have alcohol free weeks, or even just weekends. Eat what you normally eat, but maybe a two thirds or even half portion. The steps towards wellness may seem small, but as long as you are honest in your attempts, you CAN make a difference to your life even if it doesn't seem possible..
SS+GOMAD
Also, I should note, don't make the same mistakes I did! I had a lot of muscle and just as much fat, and trying to preserve all of my muscle whilst losing fat just didn't work for me.
It's most likely you'll need to sacrifice a little of that hard-earned muscle in order to get to a bodyfat percentage you can be happy with, but that's not a failure, and the only person who is likely to notice is you!
Trust me, I am under no misconceptions that it isn't hard work all the way. Some days I just won't be motivated but those are the days when I must go the hardest. I learnt this from trying to get good at illustration and succeeding quite a bit, apples and oranges, but I think I'll manage.
If you looked like c3 people wouldnt say that, are you sure you're not B1 user?
Just start going for a run, every day, doesn't matter if you only run half a mile the first day, just keep at it, you'll eventually start running further. Couple that with eating the same or better, and never "rewarding" yourself for your hard work, and you'll make it.

What's this, a gayness chart?
You must be I3
What does one do when they are gifted the strength of Achilles? Do they fall? Is there some peak principal to the purpose?
D2 here, but wanna move up to C3 by July hopefully, can anyone offer me some pointers so I can achieve this goal?

D1 is me, how long does it take to get into decent shape?
G7 hoooly fuck
take me now
Thanks user! I just drink a bit of whiskey now. My problem is the food since I’m away from home and eat takeouts.
I’ve bought a stepping machine. I don’t eat sweets or junk food. For dinner I eat a yogurt or something. I just can’t really control what I eat for lunch.

C5 is my twin
when I first saw it I thought "when did I take this picture and why would I ever post it online?"
when I learned how much dick size mattered, I stopped working out

well, I mean it helped attract my wife and all, but it doesn't *do* anything after that

Wait, is this the same fucking guy?
I'm impressed

>tfw used to be b6, almost b7
>tfw had surgery because of injured shoulder and lost a lot of my gains
>tfw now i have to get surgery on the other shoulder
Bros, i feel like shit, should i just roid after the second surgery?
who A1 here? can't gain any weight, i'm already at 129lbs don't know what to do.
W-What’s your dick s-size user?
6x5 nbp
I meant that, if you dont have a thundercock, you may as well not work out
cap in A2 and winter soldier
...Why wouldn’t you work out if you don’t have a Thundercock? Losing the fatpad is incentive enough. A guy with an average dick, if he gets fat, will lose an inch or more, and be below average. If anything Thundercock have less incentive to stay in shape since their cocks are already big, and losing an inch or two won’t hurt them.
And besides, what, if you’re not a Thundercock you should just give up and die alone?
if your goal is to get a woman off in bed, getting ripped won't help if you dont have the dick for it
that's it
muscles can get a girl *to* your bed, maybe, but it won't help after that
looking good, athletics/fighting/military/whatever, sure, go for it
but personally if I would only do serious working out, hygiene/style/fashion/etc, nice expensive cars, and all that crap (you know, the stuff that stereotypically small-dicked guys do) if I was hung
>14_88
what is the source of your confusion, mein fuhrer?
...Isn’t that backwards logic? Hung Guy can already get women to fuck him. Other people use such things to also get laid. That’s a pretty absolutist POV user.
>you’re either 10/10 or kys
I mean, what if some guy’s hung but short and ugly? What does he do?
if your goal is to get your dick wet, then yes, it's backwards
but *like I said*, to get a girl off, you need muh dick, none of that other stuff helps
Lol’d
But I asked you user, what if some guy’s hung but short and ugly? Will he get more tail than Brad Pitt?
A1 WTF.
I'M A LANKLET. Bros what do I do, I hate eating too much because of my digestion. And exercise gives me a headache. Am I destined to be a skeleton forever?
probably not, no, if that's all we know about him
brad is super good looking, as well as rich and famous; if he wanted, he could be fucking multiple new women everyday
but hung guy can get a girl off while brad may not be able to no matter what
