Hell no

>The third “Hellboy” film, with Neil Marshall now inheriting the director’s chair, grossed a woeful $12 million in its domestic debut — on a $50 million production budget.

Why haven't you gone to see the new hellboy?

they carbonized one of the main characters

I did. The characters are fine but the plot is a mess.

capeshit is dying

because the original hellboy was fine

this is like when they kicked Macguire and hired Garfield, the change wasn't needed

I want to see the scene with the big demon at the bridge, otherwise don't care

So Yea Forums, what went wrong with this one?

let me think...

>the movie’s 16 producers
Is 16 a lot of producers? Seems like a lot.

I don't think anyone cared about mcguire or pearlman, these movies are just shit sequels. They could succeed without them, but they made a shit movie

Because hellboy looks fucking shit

Or maybe, it's just a shitty movie and an unnecessary reboot?

Maguire rules, tho.

Maybe after Endgame. Marvel saying their streaming shows will tie in heavily to the movies has already killed my interest. It's just to much

I'm not interested in watching something I like be forced to undergo genre reassignment surgery.

Too bad, I generally like Neil Marshall.

The other 2 Hellboy movies failed too. No one wants to watch this.

Capeshit has been all about Marvel for the last 8 years and they ain't slowing down. DC and other lesser comic properties are dead, that's true, but they are irrelevant.

At least both made back their budget.

not really
first hellboy made 99 million on 66 million budget
the second 160 million on 85 million budget. hardly a success

No I get that they flopped but I mean at least their Box office went over their production. Even with it's measly 50mil this movie doesn't even look like it will do that

>$50 million production budget.
DCucks are so quick to call Hellboy a bomb but refuse to accept the truth about Shitzam

>DC and other lesser comic properties are dead

DC have had more hits than misses recently and Deadpool is so successful even Disney is going to continue it.

Maybe that's because Chadzam in its second weekend pulled twice what Hellboy pulled in its first.

Why are you guys responding to him?

Yeah I agree, and even ol Pisshands was good as Hellboy. But I think people would have liked the movies without them, if they weren't shit

Marvel and DC will never die, but they will slow down soon. (I hope)
